  • 1.5 kg Chicken(cut into serving pieces)
  • 3 large Onions(chopped)
  • 800 g Tomatoes(chopped, fresh or canned)
  • 5 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro(chopped)
  • 1 bunch Parsley(chopped)
  • 1/2 bunch Tarragon(chopped (optional))
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 ml White wine(dry (optional))
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

    In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Brown chicken pieces on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.

    Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté until softened and translucent.
