- 4 large Onions
- 60 g Butter
- 100 ml White wine
- 6 leaves Fresh sage
- for serving Polenta

Slice onions thin. Cook slowly in butter.

Slice liver very thin.

Add liver to onions. Quick high heat.

Add wine. Serve immediately on polenta.
