  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 200 g Soffritto (onion, carrot, celery)
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 600 g Fresh tagliatelle

    Brown meat well in batches.

    Sweat soffritto. Add meat, wine, tomato paste.

    Add broth and milk. Simmer 3-4 hours.
