- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 medium Large onions(thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger(grated)
- 1 tbsp Garlic(crushed)
- 10 sprigs Thyme sprigs
- 3 medium Tomatoes(roughly chopped)
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 125 ml Tomato passata
- 160 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
