  • 1 medium Onion(chopped)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter(creamy, unsweetened)
  • 2 cups Vegetable stock
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 Chili pepper (optional)(finely chopped)

    Heat cooking oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
