- 500 g Collard greens, kale, or spinach(chopped)
- 1 medium Onion(chopped)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter(creamy, unsweetened)
- 2 cups Vegetable stock
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 Chili pepper (optional)(finely chopped)
