🧂 Ingredients

  • 400 g Smoked salmon(flaked or diced)
  • 500 g Potatoes(peeled and diced)
  • 2 medium Leeks(white and light green parts only, thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 liter Vegetable or fish broth
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Fresh dill(chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice(optional)

    Melt butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add sliced leeks and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
