Fasolia is a hearty and comforting stew made with kidney beans, tomatoes, and aromatic Yemeni spices. It's a staple in Yemeni households, often served with flatbread for a complete and satisfying meal.

- 2 cups Dried kidney beans(soaked overnight and drained)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 large Onions(finely chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 4 medium Tomatoes(diced)
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1.5 tbsp Hawaij spice blend
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 6 cups Water or vegetable broth
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)

Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
