Chicken with Mushrooms and Cream
A comforting Bulgarian dish featuring tender chicken pieces simmered in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce. This dish is a popular choice for family dinners, often served with rice or mashed potatoes.

- 250 ml All-purpose cream

- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Flour(for dredging chicken)

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge them in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the floured chicken and sear until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
