  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds, ground
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground

  • 750 ml Water or lamb broth
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
