  • 1 teaspoon Annatto powder (achiote)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt(or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
