  • 200 g Cassava (mandioca)(peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 150 g Queso Paraguay(crumbled)

  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh oregano(chopped, for garnish)
