  • 2 tbsp Fresh ginger(Finely minced or grated)
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine(Chinese cooking wine)
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce(For the filling)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil(Toasted)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt(Or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper(Or to taste)
  • 2 stalks Scallions (green onions)(Finely chopped, white and green parts)
