  • 0.5 cup Green beans(fresh or frozen, trimmed and chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Red chili paste (Ají Colorado)(or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Oregano(dried)
  • 0.25 tsp Cumin(ground)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley(chopped, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup Quesillo (fresh cheese)(crumbled, for garnish (optional))
