- 200 ml Pureed tomatoes
- 100 ml Dry white wine (e.g., Malvasia)
- 200 ml Fish broth or water
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Parsley(chopped, for garnish)
