  • 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp total Whole spices (cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf)
  • a pinch Saffron threads(soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk (optional))
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves(chopped, for garnish)
