  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Mushroom soaking water (from rehydrating shiitakes)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil
