  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 150 g Smoked bacon(sliced, for lining the pot)
  • 300 g Sauerkraut(chopped, for the pot)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 500 ml Water or broth
