  • 2 medium Potatoes(sliced into rounds)
  • 1 medium head Cauliflower florets
  • 2 large Onions(finely chopped)
  • 4 medium Tomatoes(sliced)
  • 6 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.5 tsp Allspice
  • 1 small Cinnamon stick
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • for frying Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 4 cups Water(or as needed for rice)
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
