  • 300 g Mixed Seafood(shrimp, squid, fish chunks, cleaned and chopped)
  • 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger(grated)
  • 2 Green chilies(finely chopped (adjust to taste))
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder(adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(finely chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • a handful Cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
