  • 2 large Eggs
  • 50 g Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 400 g Fresh or frozen cherries, pitted(if frozen, thaw and drain well)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 50 g Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • For the syrup (optional):
  • 50 ml Water
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
