Ghanaian Tilapia with Groundnut Sauce

Whole tilapia marinated and fried to perfection, then served with a rich, savory groundnut sauce. This dish offers a different preparation of groundnut stew compared to the existing list.

- 400 g Tomatoes(chopped)
- 1 large Onion(chopped)
- 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)

- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper(to taste)
- for frying Vegetable oil
- 500 ml Water

- 2 tbsp Lemon juice(for marinating fish)

Marinate the cleaned tilapia with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes.
