Shrimp with Tomato and Garlic Sauce
A flavorful and simple Albanian seafood dish featuring succulent shrimp simmered in a rich tomato and garlic sauce, often served with crusty bread for dipping.

- 500 g Large shrimp(peeled and deveined)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml White wine(dry)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes(or to taste)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and white wine. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
