Bajan Sweet Potato Fritters
Sweet and slightly spiced fritters made from grated sweet potato, flour, and a blend of Bajan spices, fried until golden and crispy. A delightful sweet treat or breakfast item.

- 2 medium Sweet potatoes(peeled and grated)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 cup Milk(or as needed for batter consistency)
- for frying Vegetable oil

In a bowl, combine the grated sweet potato, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Add milk gradually, mixing until a thick batter forms. The batter should hold its shape when spooned.
