- 1
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: Soaking wooden skewers is crucial for safe grilling. - 2
In a large bowl, combine the pork cubes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the pork evenly.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. - 3
Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of onion, bell pepper, and zucchini.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: Don't pack the ingredients too tightly on the skewers to ensure even cooking. - 4
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. - 5
Grill the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and nicely charred, and the vegetables are tender.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: The internal temperature of the pork should reach 71°C (160°F). - 6
Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã: Resting allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender meat.
ð¡ ããã®ã³ã
