Irish Oatmeal Porridge with Whiskey and Honey
A warming and substantial breakfast porridge made with Irish oats, elevated with a touch of whiskey and sweet honey.

- 1 cup Milk(or more, for desired consistency)
- 2 tbsp Honey(plus more for serving)
- 1 tbsp Irish whiskey(optional, for serving)

Combine the steel-cut oats, water, milk, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
