- 200 g Cornmeal
- 100 g All-purpose flour
- 1 large Onion(finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 100 ml Vegetable oil(plus extra for greasing)

- 150 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped)
