  • 1 Onion(Large, quartered)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(Crushed)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro(Tied together with kitchen twine)
  • 4 Scallions (Green Onions)(Tied together with kitchen twine, or roughly chopped for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Cumin(Ground)
