  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 1 clove Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese(e.g., mozzarella or white cheese)

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 100 g Optional: Ham or bacon(diced)
  • 100 g Optional: Mushrooms(sliced)
