- 3 cups Cooked rice(preferably from the day before)
- 1 can (14 oz) Hearts of palm(drained and chopped)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic(minced)
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese(e.g., mozzarella or white cheese)

- 100 g Optional: Mushrooms(sliced)
