  • 1 small Tomato(quartered)
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 cup Manzanilla olives(pitted)
  • 2.5 cups Water
  • 1 Yellow sazon packet(or 1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp annatto)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper(freshly ground)
