  • 200 g Beef or lamb, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar (rice vinegar or white vinegar)
  • 1-2 tbsp Chili oil or hot sauce(to taste)
  • 1.5 l Water or beef broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • a handful Fresh cilantro or dill, chopped (for garnish)

    Cook the starch noodles according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

    In a large pot, heat a little oil and sauté the sliced onion until softened. Add the thinly sliced meat and cook until browned.
