- 100 g Rolled oats
- 150 ml Milk(dairy or non-dairy)
- 100 g Yogurt(plain or Greek)
- 1 medium Apple(grated)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup(to taste)
- 30 g Chopped nuts(e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
- 50 g Fresh berries(for serving)
