Stir in the chicken bouillon powder and tomato paste. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Add the trimmed green beans and the cup of water. Season with salt to taste.

Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp.
- 6
Stir occasionally and add a little more water if the mixture becomes too dry. Once tender, serve hot.
💡 Pro Tips
- ✓For extra tender green beans, you can blanch them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes before adding them to the stew.
- ✓If you prefer a richer flavor, you can add a beaten egg towards the end of cooking and stir until it's cooked through.
- ✓Ensure the green beans are fresh for the best flavor and texture.
🔄 Variations
- Add diced potatoes or carrots along with the green beans.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken bouillon and use vegetable broth.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
