- 150 g Salt-cured herring fillets(rinsed and patted dry)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 small Red onion(thinly sliced or finely diced)
- 2 slices Dill pickles(thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives(chopped)
