- 100 ml Milk
- 75 g Sugar
- 7 g Gelatin
- 1 Vanilla bean
- for serving Fresh berries

Bloom gelatin in cold milk.

Heat cream with sugar and vanilla seeds.

Add gelatin mixture. Pour into molds.

Chill until set. Unmold and serve with berries.
