- 80 g Butter
- 150 ml White wine
- 80 g Parmigiano Reggiano

Soak dried porcini. Reserve soaking liquid.

Sauté fresh mushrooms. Set aside.

Toast rice. Add wine. Add porcini liquid gradually.
