- 400 g Spaghetti
- 1 kg Fresh clams
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 150 ml White wine
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 Dried chili

Purge clams in salted water.

Sauté garlic in oil. Add clams and wine. Cover until open.

Remove clams. Strain liquid.
⏱️ 5 minutes - 4
Toss pasta in clam liquid. Add clams back. Finish with parsley.
