🧂 Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 kg Fresh clams
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 Dried chili

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Purge clams in salted water.

    Sauté garlic in oil. Add clams and wine. Cover until open.

    ⏱️ 8 minutes

    Remove clams. Strain liquid.

    ⏱️ 5 minutes

    Toss pasta in clam liquid. Add clams back. Finish with parsley.
