- 3 bunches Fresh parsley
- 50 g Bulgur
- 3 Tomatoes
- 4 Green onions
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint
- 80 ml Lemon juice
- 60 ml Olive oil

Soak bulgur in water 30 minutes. Drain well.

Chop parsley very finely.
β±οΈ 15 minutes - 3
Dice tomatoes. Chop onions and mint.

Mix all. Dress with lemon and oil. Season.
