  • 3 bunches Fresh parsley
  • 50 g Bulgur
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 4 Green onions
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint
  • 80 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Olive oil

    Soak bulgur in water 30 minutes. Drain well.

    ⏱️ 35 minutes

    Chop parsley very finely.

    ⏱️ 15 minutes
  3. 3

    Dice tomatoes. Chop onions and mint.

    ⏱️ 10 minutes
  4. 4

    Mix all. Dress with lemon and oil. Season.
