- 2 Eggplant(fried)
- 1 head Cauliflower(fried)
- 2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Baharat spice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 60 g Pine nuts

Fry eggplant and cauliflower until golden. Sear meat.

Layer in heavy pot: meat, eggplant, cauliflower, soaked rice.

Add spiced broth. Simmer covered until rice is tender.

Place platter on pot. Flip! Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
