  • 2 medium Onions(chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 2 medium Potatoes(peeled and cubed)
  • 2 medium Carrots(sliced)
  • 2 Green bananas(peeled and sliced thickly)
  • 1 small Eggplant(cubed)
  • 1 cup Cabbage(sliced)
  • 1 Green bell pepper(sliced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
  • 4-6 cups Water or Beef Broth(enough to cover ingredients)

    In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes on all sides. Remove beef and set aside.
