- 800 g White fish fillets (e.g., tilapia, cod)(cut into chunks)
- 400 g Palm nut concentrate (Massa de Palma)
- 500 g Sweet potatoes(peeled and cubed)
- 1 large Onion(chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 1 medium Red bell pepper(chopped)
- 200 g Okra(trimmed)
- 1 Chili pepper (optional)(finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 500 ml Water

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
