  • 500 g Sweet potatoes(peeled and cubed)
  • 1 large Onion(chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper(chopped)
  • 200 g Okra(trimmed)
  • 1 Chili pepper (optional)(finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 500 ml Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
