- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 large Yellow onions(chopped)
- 2 large Tomatoes(chopped)
- 2 medium Green bananas(peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks. Plantains can be substituted.)
- 0.25 cup Uncooked rice
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper(or to taste)
