- 3 medium Tomatoes(chopped)

- 1/2 medium Red onion(thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves(chopped)
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley leaves(chopped)

- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
