- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- a pinch Saffron
- to taste Salt

Parboil rice. Drain.

Mix some rice with yogurt and saffron.

Layer yogurt rice on bottom of buttered pot.

Add rest of rice. Steam with lid wrapped in towel.
