  • 1 medium Onion(chopped)
  • 400 g Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 100 g Peanut butter(smooth or crunchy)
  • 500 ml Water or vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 200 g Spinach or kale(chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
