  • 500 g smoked pork ribs(Cut into individual ribs or 2-rib sections)
  • 250 g pork belly(cut into chunks)
  • 300 g smoked sausage (e.g., Linguiça, Calabresa, Kielbasa)(sliced into rounds)
  • 6 cloves slab bacon(diced)
  • 1 large large onion(chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves(minced)
  • enough bay leaves(To cover ingredients generously)
  • to taste orange(studded with cloves, optional)
  • to taste vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 large bunch water(for soaking and cooking)
  • 2 tablespoons salt(to taste)
  • 2 cloves black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
