  • 2 Green bell peppers, seeded and chopped

  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried savory (chubritsa)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 400 g can Canned chopped tomatoes
  • 500 g Sauerkraut, drained and roughly chopped
  • 250 ml Pork or beef broth
  • 1 Bay leaf
