- 50 g Cilantro(chopped)
- 25 g Tarragon(coarsely chopped)
- 25 g Flat-leaf parsley(chopped)
- 120 ml White wine(dry)
- 360 ml Water
- 1 Lemon(sliced)

Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper. In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
