  • 200 g Caul fat(cleaned and cut into strips large enough to wrap the liver pieces)
  • 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil(for sautéing)
  • 8-10 Wooden skewers(soaked in water for 30 minutes)
