  • 3 large Onions(thinly sliced)
  • 2 inch piece Ginger(grated)
  • 10 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Ghee or Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1-2 tsp Red chili powder(to taste)
