  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 200 ml Coconut milk(full fat)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
  • 1 Optional: Piri-piri chili(finely chopped, for heat)
